Water Bark at Nassau County Splash Parks

The county's three splash parks — located at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow, Cow Meadow Park in Freeport and North Woodmere Park in North Woodmere — will all be open to dogs, and for free. The day of fun will be broken into three sessions: small dogs will have from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., then medium dogs from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., and large dogs from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. All dogs must be on a leash when entering and exiting the facility. Admission is free, but on a first-come, first-served basis.

Capacity at Eisenhower and Cow Meadow parks is limited to 25 dog owners. Capacity at North Woodmere Park is 50. Humans are also encouraged to wear masks.
